~1. Application and composition of the production line:
It is used to make drink straw and some other similar pipes like ballpoint pen holder pipe, pen refill pipe, lollipop stick, candy bar, cotton swab stick etc;
It consists of extruder, machine head / die, cooling calibration device, haul off cutting device, pipe sorting and conveying device etc.
Single color extrusion and multi color co-extrusion could be realized with different configuration.
2. Finished product used in industries:
a. Food industry: drink straw, candy bar, ice cream bar, lollipop stick etc;
b. Stationery and medical industry: ballpoint pen holder pipe, pen refill pipe, cotton swab stick and some other medical use pipes;
3. Specification of finished products:
(1) Material: PP, PE etc;
(2) Diameter: 2~13mm;
(3) Length: as per client's requirements;
(4) Production speed: 600~1000pcs/min;
(5) Color: single, bicolor, tricolor, with straight lines or spiral colored lines;
(6) Cut end: 90°/90°, 90°/45°,90°/60°, 45°/45°;
