The endotracheal tube extrusion production line is used to make tracheal intubation, reinforced tracheal tube, transfusion tube, urethral catheter, multi-cavity tube, developing line pipe etc precision medical pipes.

3. Compostion of the whole production line:

(1) Main extruder:

With main extruder and auxiliary extruder, L/D is 28: 1;

(2) Extruding die;

(3) Vacuum calibration table:

4-6m water tank, air cooling or water cooling for option, 3 dimensional adjustable frame;

(4) Laser diameter-measuring instrument:

Non-touch laser online diameter measuring, precision 0.003mm;

(5) Computerized haul off and cutting unit:

Speed: 0-60m/min, servo motor to control the cutting;

(6) Pipe collection and conveyor device:

Belt type convey, stainless steel collection groove, air blowing collection device;

(7) Coiler:

2-workstation coiler, fast changing device, Micro-tension control system specially for soft tube.
