~1. Introduction:

The medical fluorine plastic pipe extrusion production line is used to produce tearable sheathing canal and indwelling needle tube etc for medical use.

Pharmed FEP, PFA;

3. Composition of the whole production line:

(1) Main extruder:

YJ20-JY45 for option, L/D is 22: 1; Material: New No. 3 steel or HAS alloy; Cast copper or ceramic heater;

(2) Extruding die;

(3) Cooling calibration table:

2m water tank, water cooling, 3 dimensional adjustable frame;

(4) Laser diameter-measuring instrument:

Non-touch laser online diameter measuring, precision 0.003mm;

(5) Belt type haul off unit:

Speed: 0-20m/min, frequency convertor for control;

(6) Coiler:

2-workstation coiler, fast changing device, Micro-tension control system specially for soft tube.
