1. Introduction:

The PU pipe extrusion production line can produce various kinds of TPU, PVC, EVA ETC plastic hoses.

2. Applied materials:

TPU, PE, TPE, EVA ETC;

3. Composition of the whole production line:

(1) Main extruder:

YJ35-YJ90 available for option, L/D is 28: 1; with stainless steeel heater;

(2) Extruding die: whole set of standard pneumatic pipe making dies, also can supply dies to make non-standard plastic hose according to client's requirements;

(3) Cooling calibration table:

4-6m water tank, water cooling, 3 dimensional adjustable frame;

(4) Belt type haul off unit:

Speed: 0-60m/min, frequency convertor control;

(5) Coiler:

2-workstation coiler, fast changing device, Micro-tension control system specially for soft tube.
