For production of electrician threading pipe, reinforced concrete threading pipe etc hard PVC pipes;

(1) Conical twin screw extruder:

YJ51/105-YJ65/120 for option, forced feed, material 38CrMnALA or double alloy;

(2) Extruding die:

2 cavities or 4 cavities, product size: 12-63mm;

(3) Cooling water tank:

4-6m length, vacuum calibration, 4KW, water cooling;

(4) Belt type haul off unit:

2 or 4 workstation, L800-1200mm X W100mm; 0-40m/min, frequency inverter control;

(5) Cutter:

Automatic saw blade cutter, online cutting, cutting length adjustable, precision 0.5mm.
